The Official 1996 Olympic Games Edition.
This one was sold at the souvenir booth at the Atlanta Olympic games. On the bottom of the box are printed the Games pictograms of the major sports and there is a numbered holographic "Authentic" sticker on the box bottom, upper right hand corner.
The game remains the same, however the spaces depict the posters of the Olympic games and their host cities over the years:
