Players take turn to place cubes in one of the four colors. New cube may not be visibly adjacent to other cubes of its color. The goal is to be the last player to move. However, there is a twist: the sequence of cubes to be played is given at the beginning of the game and cannot be changed, so it's important to plan ahead.
