The game covers the bombing of German industrial production by the Americans. There are Basic, Tournament and Advanced rules. The Americans win by destroying aircraft factories or other industrial targets. The Germans win by preventing the Americans from attaining their victory conditions.
The board is in black and white on heavy paper. The rules booklet is 14 page mimeograph. Counters are good quality.
