This is Paizo's Free RPG Day 2016 promotional character card set for the Pathfinder Adventure Card game.
Tup, like his compatriot's Ekkie and Ranzak, likes to eat, stab, and steal, not necessarily in that order. He comes with a character card, a token card, and a role card, and he can be played with any Adventure Card Game Base Set.
Additionally, there's a card included for Tup's cohort Deliverance.
