Expansion for Fluxx to commemorate the game's 10th Anniversary. The name is a bit misleading, because this is a 7 card expansion pack, not a promo. It includes 1 New Rule, 2 Actions, 2 Goals, 1 Keeper, and 1 Creeper. The Creeper is a new card type originally designed for Zombie Fluxx but first released in this expansion.
