User summary 日本語スペラ (Japanese Spella) is a Japanese word game. Players are dealt 17 tiles of Japanese hiragana characters. They take turns drawing and dicarding a tile until one player uses up all of their 18 characters forming several Japanese words and/or sentences. That player takes big points, while the others take small points according to the words and/or sentences made in their hands. 手許に配られた17枚のひらがなのタイルを、1枚ずつ入れ替えながら、1枚を引いて18枚のときにすべてを単語か文に組み替え終わると「上がり」です。上がった人には高い得点が与えられ、上がれなかった人にも、手許で作った単語や文に応じて得点が与えられます。
