In this game, each card has three usages: an elemental to be summoned, power source to summon an elemental, and an action number to play a specific action.
Your action is determined by the total action number of two cards, the one from yours and the other from one of your opponents, so the opponent can limit your available actions to some extent. You should plan your moves considering your hand and the card the opponent sent to you.
