Captain’s Log #7 includes the fiction story What Price Victory? about a battle between the Yorktown and the Klingon cruiser Pitiless. Captain Merrin Hunter, Star Fleet’s only female cruiser captain, is locked in a mortal test of wills with Klingon Captain Keng. The fate of a vital Federation outpost hangs in the balance!
Also included are five new scenarios, four new ships (Federation battlecruiser, Hydran Apache light command cruiser, Klingon MD5 war cruiser mauler, and Lyran Single-Tooth Jaguar war mauler), information about officer ranks and a list of the officers on a Klingon D7 battlecruiser, the first and only trivia contest, an example about carrier drone storage, the first Battleforce 500 article, tactics, and the original version of the SFU Index.
The F&E section includes Q&A, The Molasses Attack (strategy), and The Breeze, which is a new F&E scenario.
